Returns are easy. To start a return, Login, select your order, and click "Request Return".
US and International
Step 1: Determine if you are eligible to return.
All purchases may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date (excludes Egypt COD, see below).
Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and unaltered. You must include any original packaging, including all tags or boxes the item came with.
Step 2: Ship the package
For US orders, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund ($5 for turbans or around $8 for clothing).
If the product is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the product is worn, washed, or damaged, the refund will be refused. The item will be returned back to the customer after return and outbound shipping costs are paid.
Step 3: Receive your refund.
You will receive the original amount paid for the product (excluding shipping) minus the cost of return shipping.
Customs Duty and Taxes
Our products ship from the US, so customers outside the US may have their package subject to customs duty and taxes. Customs duty and taxes are the customer’s own responsibility and are estimated for your convenience at checkout. You may be able to work with your local customs to obtain a refund of customs fees after returning an item.
Sale items (if applicable)
All Sale items are Final Sale and can only be exchanged or refunded to store credit.
Cash on Delivery Orders:
-Delivered in 3-5 business days. No extra customs fees!
-Home Try On: You'll be able to try on the item while the courier waits before paying! For your convenience, returns or exchanges should be determined on the spot during delivery. If there's an issue, simply hand the item back to the courier. Returns aren't accepted after the courier leaves.
